How much deposit is required?
30% on confirmation, the balance 7 days before departure, by bank transfer or card. VAT invoices are issued.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 15 days before: 10% fee. 7–14 days: 30%. 3–6 days: 50%. Under 3 days: 100%. Holiday periods differ — see Terms.
How are children priced?
Under 2 travel free sharing a bed. Ages 2–11 pay 75% of the adult price. 12 and over pay the adult price.
Is there a minimum for private tours?
From 2 guests. 2–3 guests travel by 7-seat car, 4 or more by 16-seat van. Private tours usually cost 15–25% more than group departures.
